Child Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Our Unwavering Commitment
6 Stars Animal Rescue, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy for any and all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The safety and protection of children is a paramount concern. This policy applies to all users, staff, and volunteers associated with our website (https://ufaratzta-bs.org/) and our mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to maintaining a safe online environment and will take all necessary steps to prevent our platforms from being used to facilitate harm to children.
2. Scope of this Policy
This policy strictly prohibits the use of our App, website, or any related services to create, upload, share, distribute, or access any content or engage in any behavior that constitutes, depicts, promotes, or relates to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is a non-exhaustive list of strictly prohibited activities:
- Creating, Sharing, or Distributing CSAE Material: Users may not upload, post, share, link to, or otherwise distribute any images, videos, text, or audio that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Grooming and Enticement: Users may not use our platforms to engage in conversations or activities intended to groom, solicit, or entice a minor for sexual purposes.
- Facilitation of Abuse: Our platforms may not be used to plan, promote, or facilitate any activity that could result in the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
6 Stars Animal Rescue, Inc. is committed to proactively and reactively combating CSAE.
- Reporting Mechanism: We provide a clear and accessible mechanism for users to report any suspected CSAE content or behavior. Any user who encounters content or behavior that violates this policy should immediately report it to us via email at info@ufaratzta-bs.org.
- Immediate Action: Upon receiving a credible report, we will conduct a swift review. If a violation of this policy is confirmed, we will take immediate action, which includes, but is not limited to:
- The permanent removal of the offending content.
- The immediate and permanent termination of the responsible user’s access to our services.
- Reporting to Law Enforcement: We will report any and all apparent instances of CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, as required by law. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and will preserve evidence related to such reports.
5. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and compliant with all applicable laws and platform requirements.
